As delays hamper some second coronavirus vaccine doses, a debate rages: Prioritize one shot or two?




The recommended intervals between doses for the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines are 21 and 28 days, respectively, but the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says there’s wiggle room for both vaccines, advising that a six-week period is acceptable.
